    tibia

    tibia

you are in relation to something else
described as an aside a second best
    she uses words like excepting,
oblique is such a dark word,
referencing an instance of this and that

    it is situated,
    it is prismoid in form,

    gender differences are gender
differences between vertical leaning and horizontal.

    also called shin bone

I looked up pisimoid and it's not in the OED. closest word was pisiform, which means "shaped like a pen".

okay, it had "the pisiform bone" which is a "special bone".
